Thank you =)
Beautiful place isn’t it?
Such a breathtaking view that I went there twice.
So, I was at Copanhagen, Denmark, for 2 days.
It was such an amazing experience; from the weather to the buildings, people, train rides… almost everything there. Or maybe because all those seems new to me at the moment, hence the excitement.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay thoroughly, especially with the nice company and awesome navigators. The price of everything there is expensive though but NOT COMPLAINING. Love the place still.
To be honest, I can’t really remember the names of all those places I visited but here are some photos.
And that’s all for now.

If it’s not now, when?
Things really do happen for a reason. Not getting what you really wanted for years can turn out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to you.
So I’ve been working for almost 3 years somewhere and sadly, it wasn’t considered a full time. My contract had to be renewed every year. Working hours was as long as full timers but the only exception – I don’t get to enjoy much of the benefits. Full time was something I, and some others, wanted. Desperately. All fun and game isn’t fun anymore when your future comes into the picture. Alas, I didn’t get it still, despite being promised a spot.
Angry. Sad. But mostly, dissapointed. Have I not done enough? Why promise then?
Just to sidetrack a bit…
I believe everybody has more than one dream… or at least that one job that they always thought of doing, but never thought they’ll ever achieve it. Well, I’m part of that ‘everybody’.
As much as I wanted to be where I was intially, I have this other dream which, until recently, I thought would only remain as a dream. (Cliche, whatever)
My point here is, as sad and disappointed as I was after not being offered what I wanted, it actually made my heart see clearly… it opened up my heart to see that other door of opportunity, waiting for me to open. The rejection ignited this hidden desire in me, and it burnt more than ever. That very rejection propelled me forward as I reached my hand out to open that door. And that rejection… is probably one of the best thing that had ever happened to me.
Thanks again for rejecting me.
And thanks for bringing these people into my live. We’re almost there guys~
Chillax. It’s not the end of the world yet~
Although knowing that one is from the reflection from the window, I’m still excited at how awesome the view is. It’s not everyday you’ll be able to see the Sun and the Moon side by side.
So, I’ve this sudden interest in catching the sunset/sunrise. The view is so spectacular, no matter where, that eventhough you went through a shitty day, looking at it will just make the whole day worthwhile… if that make sense.
Here are some taken from my Blackberry Q10. And yes, I’m still using BB:
Are they magnificent?
New mission in life: To catch Sunrise/Sunset from different places, even if it’s from different places within Singapore.
Yeah, I’m a Singaporean but yesterday was my first time to Haw Par Villa. But I’m sure I’m not the only loser Singaporean who had never been there before, before this. Right? Surprisingly, it was quite an intriguing experience; not a wasted trip at least~
For those interested in Chinese mythologist and legends especially, you might want to check out this place. Or those who just wanna look at awesome statues/giant dioramas, you can just drop by and be fascinated as well.
It’s conveniently located beside Haw Par Villa MRT Station (Circle line).
Some, I had to use the phone fish eye lens cause I couldn’t capture the whole thing (and yeah, I don’t have the phone wide-eye lens). Here are some pictures:
And weirdly enough…
So yeah, that concludes my virgin trip to Haw Par Villa
Was watching Mata Mata Sr2 Ep 3 earlier where all the new characters are finally out, and got reminded of the filming days~
… and the days when the production team was in Penang~
Can’t believe all the hardwork is finally going to be broadcast to the nation. If you can, do watch Mata Mata #MataMata2SG , every Monday, 8pm, on channel 5. Especially episode 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12, the episodes where I’m involved in. I’m pretty sure it’s going to be awesome. To me at least.
And of course, the thing I miss the most:
Nice sunset view from inside MediaCorp.
At least I get to enjoy this awesome view almost everyday. Blessed.
